Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, before dispatch/shipping.
- Once an order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Catering orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation.
2. Refund for Canceled Orders
If cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- Customers must report damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof such as photos or videos must be provided for verification.
- Refunds will be processed only after successful verification of the reported issue.
- In cases of partial damage, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Edible items once delivered, unless defective or damaged.
- Customized catering orders.
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Digital gift cards and non-tangible items.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after proper verification of the issue.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
