1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India. International shipping (if applicable) will be announced separately on our website.

2. Dispatch & Shipping Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
• Catering Orders: Delivered as per scheduled date and time.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery (as per ongoing offers).
• Additional charges may apply for remote or special zones.

4. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• We partner with trusted third-party courier services for safe and timely deliveries.
• Please note: delays due to courier or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Packaging

All edible cups and products are packed safely to maintain freshness and prevent breakage during transit.

6. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to a wrong address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Missed Delivery: If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery may be arranged (extra charges may apply).
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged parcel, report it immediately with proof for resolution.
